Shipping, Replacement & Returns Policy

Shipping Responsibility

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost packages) and provide any required documentation, including photos if applicable.

  • For confirmed lost or damaged orders, we will issue one replacement shipment at no additional cost.

  • If the replacement shipment is also lost or damaged, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

This policy applies only after tracking has been reviewed and the claim has been verified.

Returns

We accept returns within 1–12 days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt before a refund is approved.

Refunds

Once a return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item received was defective or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. These items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

Additional Terms

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after shipment.

  • Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier but missing will be treated as lost and handled according to the replacement policy.

  • Refunds or replacements will not be issued for issues reported outside the stated timeframes.
